  • Décor items, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Damaged or defective items reported within the specified return window.

b. Non-Eligible Items:

  • Custom or personalized products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Items marked as sale or clearance, unless explicitly stated.
  • Items that are used, altered, or damaged due to misuse.

3. Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
